Other range calculators

Reviewed 14 US automotive sites and 3 international sites to evaluate the landscape for EV range tools. Found that 0 out of 14 US sites include a range calculator tool. Of the 3 international range calculator tools reviewed, none included range information within the trim selection view.

Reviewed 3 non-auto manufacturer range calculator tools to evaluate alternative approaches. Found that 0 out of 3 allow the user to calculate range while in the trim selection view, and only 1 out of 3 allow the user to change the model they are looking at.

01

First in Class Opportunity

No US competitors at time of project include a range calculator on their website.

02

Insights & Adjustments

Large Imagery Preferred

Users indicated that while range is the most important element, they preferred the option that featured a large image of the model.
